Degassing
REMOX and MODA range

Ensuring the protection of essential system components is crucial for smooth plant operations and durability. Membrane degassers provide the advantage of reducing oxygen saturation levels in feed water to less than 10 ppb, all without resorting to chemical usage. Our container-installed membrane system offers a flexible, rapid, and effective solution for removing both oxygen and carbon dioxide from process water.

Choose from our REMOX and MODA mobile degasification solutions tailored to your precise requirements. These assets are available in both containerized and skid-mounted configurations.

Typical Applications

Bypassing your installed low oxygen production equipment during operational failure.

By removing oxygen and carbon dioxide from the water, the potential for corrosive reactions on critical parts is significantly reduced.

Removing dissolved gases from the water, allowing the DI and CEDI processes to work optimally and produce even higher-quality treated water.

Helping companies meet standards, such as DNV KEMA and VGB-R450L, by maintaining proper water chemistry.

Providing full or partial replacements for different processes, helping with temporary needs while allowing maintenance or upgrades without affecting your production schedule.

Success Story

Maintenance on the fixed plant deaerator temporarily hindered the client’s ability to remove oxygen from demineralized water.

Mobile Water Solutions provided a containerized REMOX 50C system to deliver 50 m³/h of deoxygenated water, consistently exceeding the client’s stringent quality standards. An internal recycle system in the feed tank accommodated fluctuating production demands, ensuring uninterrupted operations, even during peak flow periods. Remarkably, oxygen levels consistently remained <10 ppb throughout production.

Our seamless service facilitated smooth mobilization over a three-week summer contract. The client benefited from a fully operational system, surpassing quality requirements, and offering flexible capacity. This enabled uninterrupted production with the necessary water quality.
