Job description:

  • Identify & prospecting of new customers
  • Maintain contacts with existing customers & build long-term partnerships
  • Calculate prices based on the standard cost-sheet
  • Prepare proposals (technical & process support from Europe Operations Team)
  • Direct strategic sales and negotiations
  • Establish sales & development plan for the dedicated area
  • Implement specific business development plans (priority customers, engineering houses & EPCs, IEX, etc.)
  • Identify new markets or fields of opportunities
  • Contribute proactively to the business & profitability growth
  • Build brand awareness
  • Implement marketing plan (support from Europe Marketing Team) and participate in communication events and actions (webinars, seminars, exhibitions, press articles, technical papers)
  • Respect of CRM use
  • Prepare and actively participate in sales team reviews & reports (monthly, ambition, etc.)
  • Respect of Golden Rules (internal procedures, contractual terms, etc.)

Reporting:

  • Division Sales Manager (Southern Europe)

Activity:

  • Mobile Water Solutions / Rental of mobile water treatment assets
  • Emergency, planned and multi-year mobilisations (from 1 day to 7 years)

Markets:

  • Primary: Chemicals & Petro-chemicals ; Oil & Gas ; Power
  • Secondary: Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage ; Pulp & Paper ; Metals ; etc.

Profile:

  • Hunter / Dynamic / Motivated / Autonomous / Customers & Services Oriented

Experience:

  • > 5 years
  • Technical background in water treatment
  • Strong experience in sales (services, solutions, water treatment, etc.)

Education:

  • Engineer / Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with confirmed experience

Salary:

  • According to experience + Bonus 20% (based on yearly revenues objectives)
  • Extra bonus of +5% if objectives are exceeded by 20%
